ACCESSIBLE NEW MEXICO

The general links below will lead you to various New Mexico State and National Park sites, and provide general information about accessible features.

New Mexico State Parks
Please click on the Trails link on the left-hand side of the New Mexico State Parks page to locate ADA trails.

New Mexico National Parks

While researching these sites, however, it became apparent that some locations have no accessible features, and others are minimal. To ease the process of selecting a destination, I am suggesting certain specific locations, based primarily on convenience, access and natural beauty. Please be aware that the parks have not yet been visited or reviewed. Accessibility information for State Parks is available by clicking on the Parks Brochure link on the bottom of the page. Maps, directions, park and contact information are available to verify current conditions. Hopefully, accessible features have been well maintained or improved, but a pre-visit confirmation is suggested.

All feedback from visitors is welcome, as my goal is to provide information that is as useful and practical as possible.
